Personal Care
Whether you need help around the home, are looking for companionship, or need help attending work or social outings, we are here to help. Our tailored Personal Care support is essential to participants looking to live life independently. Support can be provided in a variety of settings. Including participants living alone in their own home, with family or other people, when undertaking social, recreational, education or employment activities or during holidays away from home.
As part of your NDIS Plan, enjoy the benefit of having our team on hand to provide Personal Care support when you need it. We can help with care related to your daily personal activities, including assisting with, or supervising individual tasks of everyday life. For example, we can help with:
Personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing & grooming
Toileting, bladder and bowel management & menstrual care
Eating & drinking
Attending appointments
Use of aids & appliances, hearing & communication devices
Mobility & transferring, for example, moving in & out of bed & on or off the toilet; or
Application of splints, basic first aid due to injuries sustained due to a participant’s disability.
Providing assistance for your every day needs
Our experienced team will assist with your everyday personal care needs with complete respect for your privacy and dignity. We can provide a range of services based on what you, or your loved one, wants or needs and can assist you occasionally or as often as you’d like.
We are also able to provide assistance to participants living in shared or community housing. Our staff can drop by any day of the week to help participants take care of their daily to-do list, including washing up, cleaning and tidying, and taking care of household tasks like paying bills.
