Project Description
Occupational Therapy ‘OT’
Our NDIS and Medicare registered Occupational Therapy (OT) specialists form an essential part of our Allied Health Care Services team and are experienced in helping children of all abilities, from infants to adolescents. Our OT sessions are focused on helping those who have physical, cognitive, or sensory challenges to play, improve their school performance, and expand their participation in daily activities. Sessions also aim to boost a child’s self-esteem and sense of accomplishment. With our OT support, kids can regain or build greater independence in all areas of their lives.
Our Occupational Therapists are experienced in working with children, their parents and caregivers. They will work with you to identify goals and formulate a tailored therapy plan for your child. Your Occupational Therapist will then recommend the frequency of your child’s sessions and how long they attend therapy for depending on their needs, goals, and progress; however, this is always up to you.
